MANAGEMENT FEES
- Basic PM Fees (full service): (advertises property, screens tenant, sets up showings to secure a tenant, collects/deposits rents, accounting/reporting, inspections 1x/year min, maintains property by scheduling repairs, other related duties per PM Agreement)
- *8.5% X Rent Amount/mo = _________/month, paid to Holliday River Realty for each month’s rent.
- *8.0% for 3+ properties (Multiple Unit Discount)
- *$99 (1x Acct Set-up Fee)
- *$80 Rekey house after each move out (protects you from liability)
- *$500 Reserve held for emergency repairs (kept in Trust Acct w/your Security Deposits Other fees (“if applicable” & paid by owner at the time of service):
- *Debris/trash Removal; tenants leave personal items behind needing removal or moved to owner’s storage; meeting locksmiths/contractors outside the scope/terms of the agreement; excessive notices/visits to property (challenging tenants); court appearances on your behalf $100/visit; Estopel Certificates prepared/delivered to tenants $50/ea (only if required at sale). Tenant Placement Only Services: (advertises property, screens tenant, sets up showings to secure a tenant) No further management services provided once rented-Owner manages property thereafter.
- *50% of first month’s rent (minimum $400) Tenants will be responsible for paying:
